Cooking Direction

  1. Cut the zucchini squash into half-moon shaped pieces.

  2. Put the squash pieces into a bow with a lid, heat for 3 minutes, then get rid of the excessive liquid.

  3. Add the salt and the vinegar, heat for another 3 minutes.
